Eliseo is the owner of FRC – Font Raket Consulting. For years he lead the Leadership Academy of  a multinational company in cement (Holcim). For a long time, he was also a Senior Consultant in  a renown Consulting Company (Development Dimensions International – DDI, Pittsburgh, USA).  His most important International Certifications are in Leadership, Organization Culture  Inventory, Organization Effective Inventory (Human Synergistics, Australia), Identification of  Development Needs, and Coaching. He holds Mastery of international certifications in  Facilitation Skills (DDI, Pittsburgh, USA), and Talent Selection and Assessment (DDI, Pittsburgh,  USA Targeted Selection program). His other certifications are for Neuro Linguistic and Neuro  Semantic Program (NLP-NS) Kuala Lumpur, Career Planning (from Targeted Learning and Zenger  & Folkman (Orem, Utah), and just recently Personality Diagnostics and Assessment for Team  Performance from Insights Discovery, Darmstadt, Germany. Those exposure has become a strong foundation for Michael to explore consulting and training facilitation. Michael is a highly committed and organized person, always striving to meet client’ needs and expectations. Being a life long learner, he continuously develop himself through various resources.
